At Eight99 Design Co, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products.  Please take a moment to review our return policy.  

1. General Returns:

  • We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

2. Personalized Products:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products, as they are made specifically for you.
  • Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support at info@eight99designco.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact our customer support team for further instructions.
  • you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Cancelations:

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@eight99designco.com as soon as possible.  Orders for personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
